I swear it was just yesterday I was pregnant and found out we were having a boy. How did 4 years fly by so fast? Although at the same time I can't even remember life before our sweet baby boy Chace. He's sure brought us more happiness and joy than I ever could have imagined.
When I asked him what kind of party he wanted he didn't even hesitate before saying "Planes and Cars". That was no surprise; he's obsessed with those movies and spends hours every day flying his planes around the house and lining up cars. Party planning is my favorite thing (next to shopping for clothes for photo shoots!) I get way too into it, even for a small family party like we had. But Chace was super excited, and after I showed him the Dusty Crophopper and Lightening McQueen plates he carried them around the house for days in their wrappers! Love him. Although he didn't appreciate
all my little touches; I spent so much time photoshopping the invitation to blend the Cars and Planes characters and finding the perfect fonts. I proudly presented the finished product to Chace he just asked why there aren't more planes on it :) Oh well! Happy 4th birthday my sweet boy, we love you so much!
I know the hamburger cake doesn't quite match the theme, but Chace looooves hamburgers so it was perfect. Thank you to Rumi's Passion for yet another fabulous cake!

I'm no baker, but I was pretty proud of how my #4 cookies turned out!
So as I was pouring in the blue Hawaiian Punch my husband goes, "you know anti-freeze is green, right?" Ummm...no! He wanted to rename it "Windshield Washer Fluid" but that didn't have the same ring to it :) So we had blue antifreeze.
